Naboo delivered the SEA & OCE Channel Partners Conference 2026 for Veolia WTS at the Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera, hosting 150 participants from across the APAC region over three days in July 2026. The programme included a full-day plenary in the ballroom with half-moon seating, two parallel breakout rooms (70 participants each) on day two, and a Gala Dinner closing the conference, with quotes sourced for both seated and buffet formats so the client could pick the right tone. Naboo handled room block coordination for ~120 double/twin rooms (guest-paid) on top of the event spaces, sourced and negotiated the venue against multiple Saigon hotels, and managed door gift production end-to-end, including customs and logistics for imported items. The full conference ran on a single nett invoice under Naboo's Venue Finding service, briefed in April and confirmed in May for a July delivery.
Naboo ran the end-to-end production of a 5-day APAC leadership seminar for Thales DIS France at the Bangkok Marriott The Surawongse, hosting 26 participants from 23 to 27 March 2026. The programme combined three full days of workshops in a private meeting room (projector, full A/V kit, twice-daily coffee breaks and seated lunches at the hotel) with an opening team activity on arrival day and a closing wellness session on the final morning. Breakfasts were served daily at the hotel; evenings were intentionally kept off-site so the group could discover the city, with Naboo curating restaurant picks and coordinating transport night after night. From venue sourcing to on-site delivery, the entire trip ran on a single nett invoice within the client's €30k budget, with an Event Manager on the ground throughout the week.
